·200 · 中草药 Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 第 47 卷 第 2 期 2016 年 1 月 栀子花的化学成分研究 1, 2 1, 2 1, 2 1, 2 1, 2 1, 2 1, 2* 冯 宁 ，卢成淑 ，南 国 ，张 鹏 ，朱 彦 ，高秀梅 ，吴红华 1. 天津中医药大学 天津市现代中药重点实验室，天津 300193 2. 天津国际生物医药联合研究院 中药新药研发中心，天津 300457 摘 要：目的 对栀子 Gardenia jasminoides 花进行化学成分研究。方法 采用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱 等方法进行分离纯化，并通过理化常数和各种波谱学技术鉴定所分离化合物的化学结构。结果 共分离并鉴定了 10 个化合 物，分别为山柰酚 3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（1）、山柰酚3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷（2 ）、山柰酚3-O-洋槐糖苷（3 ）、山柰酚3-O- 芸香糖苷（4 ）、(6S,9S)-长寿花糖苷（5 ）、反式对羟基肉桂酸甲酯（6 ）、香草醛（7 ）、咖啡酸（8 ）、原儿茶酸（9 ）和β-谷甾 醇（10 ）；其中，化合物 1～4 为 4 个黄酮苷类化合物，化合物 5 为单萜苷类化合物，化合物 6～9 为 3 个酚酸类化合物。 结论 化合物 2 、3 、5～7 为首次从栀子属植物中分离得到，化合物 1、4 、8 和 9 为首次从栀子的干燥花中分离得到。 关键词：栀子；黄酮苷；山柰酚 3-O-洋槐糖苷；(6S,9S)-长寿花糖苷；香草醛 中图分类号：R284.1 文献标志码：A 文章编号：0253 - 2670(2016)02 - 0200 - 04 DOI: 10.7501/j.issn.0253-2670.2016.02.003 Chemical constituents from flowers of d FENG Ning1, 2, LU Cheng-shu1, 2, NAN Guo1, 2, ZHANG Peng1, 2, ZHU Yan1, 2, GAO Xiu-mei1, 2, WU Hong-hua1, 2 1.
