date:2003210217;Accepteddate:2004206203Biography:LIQian,Mastercandidate,mainlyengagedinpollenpollution.E2mail:Liu2Jiaxi@263.net摘要:对空气致敏花粉污染概念的提出,空气致敏花粉污染的特点和影响因素,花粉采集方法的改进以及空气致敏花粉污染的研究进展等方面进行了总结,指出了研究中存在的问题,并对研究前景进行了展望。关键词:空气致敏花粉污染;花粉症;花粉采集器AdvancesinairborneallergenicpollenLIQian,JINYing,HUAZhen2Ling,LIUJia2Xi3(CollegeofLifeScience,CapitalNormalUniversity,Beijing100037,China).ActaEcologicaSinica,2005,25(2):334~338.Abstract:Pollinosis,apollen2relateddisease,iscausedbyairborneallergenicpollensfromcertainplants.Theprevalenceofpollinosishashappenedinrecentdecades.Inordertopreventpollinosis,itisofgreatimportancetodotheresearchonairborneallergenicpollen.Theadvancesinairborneallergenicpollenarebrieflyreviewedinthisarticlepertainingtofiveaspectsofthetopic.Firstly,theconceptofairborneallergenicpollenwasintroduced.Secondly,thecharactersandinfluentialfactorsofairborneallergenicpollenweresummarized.Airborneallergenicpollenhasterritorialandseasonalcharacters.Therearesomeinfluentialfactorssuchasthetypeandquantityofallergenicpollen,ecologicalfactorsandcontrivedfactors.Thirdly,thepaperelaboratedtheimprovementsofpollencollectors.Severalprimarypollencollectorsweredescribedandcomparedhere.Forexample,BurkardsporetrapisbaseduponthesameprincipleastheHirstdevice,buttheformerallowsuninterruptedsamplingthroughsevendays.Fourthly,theadvancesinairborneallergenicpollenwereconcludedfromfourdifferentresearchfields.Someresearchersinvestigatedairborneallergenicpollenandseveraltypesofairborneallergenicpollenwereidentified.Itisalsoveryimportantforresearcherstostudypollenofdifferentallergenicplants,toextractthesubstancesoutofthemthatcausepollinosisandtoproduceallergenicmedicamentsindiagnosticandmedicalsenses.Otherstudiesrevealedthecorrelationbetweenallergenicpollenandairpollution.Oneofthesestudiesshowedthatthepollutantsseemtomakethesurfaceoftheexinemorefragile,sotriggeringamucosalreaction,makingthemmoreexposedtopollenallergens.Atthesametime,peopletookseveralprecautionarymeasures,e.g.pollenforecast,topreventtheprevalenceofpollinosis.Therearemanydifferentremediesaboutpollinosis,amongwhichthereisaso2calledimmunotherapy.Fifthly,someproblemsaboutthestudyonairborneallergenicpollenandrelatedresolutionswerebroughtforwardinthepaper.Althoughtherearemanyproblemsofstudyonairborneallergicpollenunsolved,theprospectsofstudyonairborneallergicpollenisverybrilliant.Keywords:airborneallergenicpollen;pollinosis;pollencollectors文章编号:100020933(2005)0220334205中图分类号:Q948文献标识码:A空气致敏花粉污染是空气污染的一个重要方面。空气致敏花粉污染引起的疾病称为花粉症,即花粉过敏性反应。花粉过敏性反应在所有过敏性反应中是最重要和最常见的[1]。有关资料表明,近年来花粉症的发病率有上升趋势,它危及人类的健康,加重社会的负担,因此空气致敏花粉污染问题已成为人们必须关注和解决的问题。开展空气致敏花粉污染的基础研究工作是非常
