计划免疫健康教育在儿童传染病预防控制中的应用效果

[ 摘要 ] 目的分析计划免疫健康教育在儿童传染病防控中的作用。方法选择 2019 年 7 月至 12 月德州市德城区疾病预防控制中心接待的学龄前儿童 110 例，以随机数字表法将其划分为两组。对照组（n=55）给予常规宣教干预，观察组（n=55）在对照组基础上增加计划免疫健康教育干预。比较两组满意度、家长认知评分、家长接种依从性。结果两组总满意率比较，对照组为 85.45%，观察组为 98.18%，后者更高（P < 0.05）。干预后，观察组家长认知评分较对照组更高（P < 0.05）。两组家长接种总依从率比较，对照组为 81.82%，观察组为 96.36%，后者更高（P < 0.05）。结论儿童传染病预防控制中应用计划免疫健康教育可提升家长对相关知识的认知程度及家长接种依从性，提高计划免疫健康教育满意度，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of planned immunization health education in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in children. Methods A total of 110 preschool children received by the Decheng District Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Dezhou City from July to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method. The control group (n=55) received routine education intervention, while the observation group (n=55) added planned immunization health education intervention based on the control group. The satisfaction, parental cognitive scores, and parental vaccination compliance between two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction rate of planned immunization health education in the observation group (98.18%) was higher than that in the control group (85.45%) (P < 0.05). The parental cognitive score after intervention in observation group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). The parental total compliance rate was higher in the observation group (96.36%) than that in the control group (81.82%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of planned immunization health education in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in children can enhance parents’ awareness of relevant knowledge and their compliance with vaccination, and improve their satisfaction with planned immunization health education, which is worth promoting.
