静脉曲张自然疗法
羟基芦丁与其它生物类黄酮： 羟基芦丁 (Oxerutins) 是从一种叫作芦丁 (Rutin) 的天然生物黄酮中衍生出来的，专门用于治疗静脉曲张及与其相关的静脉问题。这种特异性的芦丁衍生物对于治疗这些疾病是否优于其它生物类黄酮，医生尚不清楚，但是它是目前最被深入研究过的制剂。大约20项共有2000多名参与者的双盲研究，评估了羟基芦丁对于治疗静脉曲张及静脉机能不全的疗效。几乎所有的这些研究均表明，羟基芦丁的治疗效果明显优于作为对照用的安慰剂，它可以显著地缓解肿胀、腿痛及其它不适症状，且没有明显的副反应。总的来说，这些研究给我们在治疗此类疾病时使用羟基芦丁提供了较有力的依据。芦丁这种天然的生物黄酮主要存在于柑橘类水果及荞麦中。两项双盲研究提示荞麦茶对于治疗静脉曲张可能也有一定的效果，医学专家推测其原因可能是因为它含有芦丁的成分。其它柑橘衍生的生物类黄酮，如地奥斯明 (Diosmin) 和橙皮苷 (Hesperidin)，对静脉曲张同样也有一定的疗效。
