摘要: 目的:研究霸王花不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化和抗菌活性。方法:用冷浸法得到霸王花乙醇提取物(EE)、丙酮提取物(AE)和乙酸乙酯提取物(EAE),通过测定三种提取物的ABTS自由基清除能力、DPPH自由基清除能力以及还原能力来评估其抗氧化能力;通过纸片扩散法和试管法评估霸王花三种提取物的抗菌活性。结果:霸王花不同溶剂提取物均表现出抗氧化性能,其中乙酸乙酯提取物(EAE)具有最优异的抗氧化能力;霸王花乙酸乙酯提取物(EAE)对伤寒杆菌有明显抑菌效果,其最小抑菌浓度为12.5mg/mL。结论:霸王花提取物具有作为天然抗氧化剂和天然抗菌素研究和开发的潜力。
Abstract: Objective:To study the antioxidant and antibacterial activities of different extracts from the flowers of Hylocereus undatus.Methods:The ethanol, acetone and ethyl acetate extracts were obtained by cold-extraction. The antioxidant activities were studied using DPPH, ABTS assay and reducing power assay was measured.; The antibacterial activities were studied using Kirby-Bauer and tube method.Results:Different extracts from the flowers of H. undatus exhibited antioxidant activities, and the most outstanding one was found to be the ethyl acetate extract ( EAE) ; the EAE extracts from the flowers of H.Undatus had the obvious bacteriostatic effect on the typhoid bacillus and the minimum inhibitory concentration was 12.5mg /mL.Conclusion:All the extracts could be employed as natural antioxidants and antimicrobial.
