新规则下花球舞蹈啦啦操编排研究
新规则下花球舞蹈啦啦操编排研究 摘 要：啦啦操运动起源于美国，经过了漫长发展的100多年于2000年后传入到我国，发展至今天啦啦操已经成为一项世界性的运动。该文对比啦啦操新旧规则，从不同方面剖析新规则的改变，为教练员和运动员更好地适应赛事新规则和进行编排提供建议和理论参考。该文通过使用文献资料法、专家访谈法和对比分析法得出了以下结论：（1）新规则下花球舞蹈啦啦操的编排趋势趋向于风格化；（2）成套的编排重心从定量到定性转移；（3）成套难度完成质量的重要性高于对难度的难易程度；（4）编排将更具创意和多样性。对于编排的建议有以下几点：（1）加强对新规则的学习；（2）将主题大胆运用到编排之中；（3）对难度的选择上取完成度高的为佳；（4）编排上不宜过多突出个人能力；（5）编排上多使用流动的队形和多样的层次和空间的变化。 关键词：新规则 花球 舞蹈啦啦操 编排 中图分类号：G837 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1672-3791（2017）04（c）-0174-03 Abstract： Cheerleading originated in the United States， with a long 100 years of development， it was introduced into our country in 2000， the development of cheerleading has become a worldwide movement today . This paper compares the old and new rules of cheerleading， analyze the change in new rules from different aspects， to provide suggestions and theoretical reference arrangement for athletes and coaches to adapt to the new rules and events better. Through the use of literature， expert interview and comparative analysis， draws the following conclusions： the arrangement of. （1）Under the new rules， freestyle pom tend to more stylize.（2）The arrangement focus from quantitative analysis to qualitative analysis；（3）Sets of complete quality has high importance to the degree of difficulty；（4）Arrangement will be more creative and diversity. For the arrangement of the suggestions are as follows：（1）To strengthen the new rules of learning；（2）To use the theme more bold.（3） Select the difficulty that athletes complete of high quality. （4）Personal abilities should not be shown too much.（5）Using flow formation and various levels， space. Key Words： New rules； Pom； Dance； Layout 啦啦操?动传入我国十几年的时间，积极响应全民健身的理念与号召，其发展速度迅猛，辐射范围广，因此国家体育总局对啦啦操项目也越来越重视。随着啦啦操赛事的开和运动员技术水平的提高，我国每隔3～4年都会对啦啦操的竞赛规则进行新的制定和修改，到现今为止我国对啦啦操竞赛规则的制定就已经更新了五个版本。 现在我国沿用的就是最新版的《2014年版全国啦啦操竞赛规则》[1]，自2014年5月开始适用，新规则的制定是第一次与ICU接轨的被认为至今为止我国最具国际性和权威性的啦啦操竞赛规则，因此它的诞生也有着历史性的意义。 1 花球舞蹈啦啦操的新旧规则对比 该文将会以《2014年版全国啦啦操竞赛规则》与《2010-2013年全国啦啦操竞赛规则》进行对比，分析花球舞蹈啦啦操在规则中的规则变化和在花球舞蹈啦啦操竞赛中的编排趋向并
