论成果导向的教育理念

成果导向教育的理论渊源于教育目标理论、能力本位教育、精熟教育以及标准参照评量等基础原理，由一个执行范例、两个关键目标、三个关键前提、四个执行原则以及五个实施要点五方面组成。在基本理念指导下，我们可根据美国工程与技术教育认证协会（ABET）建议流程机制、美国医学教育的课程发展及调整模式（MD2000）以及AACSB确保学习成效流程等成果导向教育的实践成果提出目标导向、纵向连贯、横向整合、能力检验的成果导向实务教学设计。

Abstract

The theoretical origins of outcomebased educational theories come from the educational objectives theory, the competencybased theory, the mastery learning theory, and the criterionreferenced instruction and assessment. And its enforcement principles conclude one paradigm of operating, two paradigms of objectives, three key premises, four operating principles, five generic domains practice. According to ABET, MD2000 and AACSB, instructional design should be conducted in accordance with the theory of goal orientation, longitudinal coherence, horizontal integration and ability test.
