Study on the adaptability of potted lily introduction in Nanjing area

摘要：[目的]本文旨在对引进的盆栽百合品种的生长适应性以及观赏特性进行综合评价与比较，筛选出适宜南京地区推广的盆栽百合品种和育种材料。[方法]采用百分制记分法对18个盆栽百合新品种（盆栽东方百合9个，盆栽亚洲百合9个）的物候期、植物学特性和综合抗性进行综合评价与比较，筛选适宜推广种植的百合品种和潜在的优良育种亲本。[结果]春季在连栋薄膜大棚内种植的13个盆栽百合品种中，8个盆栽亚洲百合能够正常生长发育，从定植到开花时间为58~74 d；植株挺直健壮，植株高度为25~45 cm；花色丰富艳丽，花形完整，单株有7~11朵花，多为单瓣；整体花期长15~25 d，无病虫害发生，适应性好、观赏价值高。盆栽东方百合观赏价值也很高，但多数品种蚜虫危害严重。秋季种植的13个盆栽百合品种经过低温处理后，盆栽亚洲百合品种依旧表现出较高的观赏价值和较强的适应性，从定植到开花时间为29~51 d，明显短于春季，花期长20~28 d，明显长于春季。盆栽东方百合品种除‘红马丁’‘瑞丽’和‘粉罗宾’外，其他盆栽东方百合生长异常，病虫害严重。[结论]盆栽亚洲百合观赏性和抗性均优于盆栽东方百合。南京及附近地区春、秋两季均适宜引种盆栽亚洲百合，而盆栽东方百合仅个别品种适宜在南京地区引种栽培，且需及时防治病虫害。

Abstract:[Objectives]The paper aimed to comprehensively evaluate and compare the growth adaptability and ornamental characteristics of some potted lily varieties and select suitable varieties for promotion and breeding materials in Nanjing area.[Methods]The phenological period, botanical characteristics and comprehensive resistance of 18 new potted lily varieties(9 potted Oriental hybrid lily varieties, 9 potted Asiatic lily varieties)were comprehensively evaluated and compared by the percentile score method, and the lily varieties suitable for promotion and planting and potential excellent breeding parents were screened.[Results]In spring, 13 potted lily varieties were planted in the plastic greenhouse, and 8 potted Asiatic lily varieties could grow and develop normally. The time from planting to flowering was 58-74 days. The plants were straight and strong, and the height of the plants was 25-45 cm. The flowers were rich and gorgeous, and the flower shape was complete. There were 7-11 flowers per plant. The flowers were mostly single petal, and the overall flowering period was 15-25 days. No diseases and insect pests occurred, and good adaptability and high ornamental value were evidenced. The ornamental value of potted Oriental hybrid lily was also very high, but most varieties were seriously damaged by aphids. Thirteen potted lily varieties were planted in the plastic greenhouse in autumn. After low temperature treatment, the potted Asiatic lily varieties still showed high ornamental value and strong adaptability. The time from planting to flowering was 29-51 days, which was obviously shorter than that in spring. The flowering period was as long as 20-28 days, which was obviously longer than that in spring. Except for 'Sunny Martin''Releezei'and 'Sunny Robyn', other potted Oriental hybrid lily varieties had abnormal growth and serious pests and diseases.[Conclusions]The ornamental value and resistance of potted Asiatic lily varieties are better than those of potted Oriental hybrid lily varieties, and potted Asiatic lily varieties are suitable for introduction in both spring and autumn in Nanjing and nearby areas. Several potted Oriental hybrid lily varieties are suitable for introduction in Nanjing area, but pests and diseases should be taken to control in time.

百合(Lilium spp.)为百合科百合属多年生球根花卉, 既能作切花、盆花, 又能在园林绿地中应用[1-3]。盆栽百合是经过人工选育的矮生型、适用于盆栽的百合品种, 高度一般为30~60 cm。盆栽百合的出现弥补了切花百合的不足, 可用于室内、阳台、庭院装饰, 但在我国起步较晚, 目前国内市场销售的盆栽百合存在品种少、价格昂贵等问题, 主要以年宵花的销售为主[4]。

有关盆栽百合生长发育方面的研究报道主要针对特定地区。周法华等[5]在浙江地区对13个盆栽百合进行栽培观察, 分析其适应性、观赏性以及栽培技术; 赵光英等[4]利用海南独特的气候资源优势对‘索邦’‘木门’和‘罗宾娜’进行反季节盆栽试验, 探讨我国热带地区露地盆栽百合的生长发育特性及其配套盆栽技术; 宁云芬等[6]在广西地区对外国引进的5个盆栽百合品种进行栽培试验, 并筛选出3个适宜引进的东方盆栽百合品种。为加强筛选适合特定地区栽培的优良盆栽百合品种, 减少盲目引种造成巨大的经济损失, 本试验针对南京地区四季分明、夏热冬冷的亚热带季风气候对引进的18个盆栽百合品种进行地区适应性及观赏性的综合评价与比较, 从而筛选出适宜南京地区种植的盆栽百合, 为南京地区推广生产盆栽百合提供参考依据和盆栽百合育种提供优良亲本。

1 材料与方法1.1 试验材料

从浙江虹越花卉有限公司购买荷兰引进的18个盆栽百合品种, 盆栽东方百合和亚洲百合各9个(表 1), 种植于南京农业大学八卦洲百合基地。

1.2 试验地点及方法1.2.1 试验地点

试验于2019年3月和2019年9至10月在南京农业大学八卦洲百合基地进行, 栽培设施为连栋薄膜大棚。南京八卦洲属亚热带季风气候区, 具有四季分明、温暖湿润、雨量集中的特点, 全年降雨量为1 000~1 100 mm, 降雨多发生在6至9月, 全年无霜期为237 d, 全年平均温度为15.4 ℃, 1月平均气温为1.9 ℃, 7月平均气温为28.2 ℃, 年盛行风向为东南风和东北风。

1) 春季种植:每个小区1.2 m×2 m, 株、行距分别为20、15 cm, 不设重复; 无栽培容器, 栽培基质为园土, 13个品种定植后进行常规管理。

2) 秋季种植:13个品种在定植前进行低温处理, 冷库温度为10~12 ℃。将百合种植在塑料花盆(口径23 cm, 底径16 cm, 高20 cm)中, 栽培基质为泥炭土与珍珠岩(质量比为3:1), 每盆种植3个种球, 每个品种种植100盆, 定植后进行常规管理[7]。

1.2.2 物候期的调查

主要调查百合的出苗期、现蕾期、始花期、盛花期和末花期。始花期为群体第1朵花开放的时间; 末花期为该品种植株花朵全部凋谢, 失去观赏价值的时间; 出苗期、现蕾期、盛花期均为该品种群体70%植株出现相应时期特征的时间[8-9]。

1.2.3 植物学形态特征的调查

主要调查各品种植株的茎、叶和开花性状。在进行植株观测过程中, 茎、叶和开花性状根据国家标准[10]进行观测并记录。

1.2.4 品种地区适应性的调查

在栽培过程中, 观察各品种的茎秆状态(茎秆粗细、直立情况)、植株紧凑度(植株高度与叶片数的比例)、病虫害现象(主要指植株受蚜虫侵害的程度)以及耐热/冷能力(百合植株在高于/低于生长发育适宜温度环境下的生长发育情况)等[11-15], 结合植株的生长发育表现对各品种进行评价比较。

1.2.5 盆栽百合适应性综合评价

在参考观赏百合国家分级标准、农业农村部分级标准以及亚洲百合的筛选方法[15]、设施盆栽百合的高效栽培[16]、设施栽培的品种筛选方法[17]、盆栽百合评价指标评分标准[18]等相关评分标准基础上, 结合本试验所针对的特定地区、引种目标以及实际栽培情况, 制定了盆栽百合的评分标准(表 2)。

2 结果与分析2.1 春季盆栽百合的观察研究2.1.1 春季盆栽百合物候期

由表 3和图 1可见:3月9日定植的盆栽百合品种‘小侵略’在定植22 d后出苗, ‘爱情故事’‘小黄龙’‘小珍珠’在定植26 d后出苗, 而‘阳光A白’发芽较迟, 在定植43 d后才出苗。出苗后各品系间植株营养生长过程差距大, 其中盆栽东方百合‘红钥匙’‘红马丁’在出苗32 d后现蕾, ‘八点后’和‘爱情故事’分别在出苗39和46 d后现蕾, ‘阳光A白’在出苗51 d后才现蕾; 盆栽亚洲百合则全部在出苗后20 d内现蕾。

盆栽亚洲百合相对盆栽东方百合来说生育期较短。盆栽亚洲百合各品种植株大多在5月开花, 其中从定植到开花时间历时最长的是‘小珍珠’, 为74 d; 其余盆栽亚洲百合品种在定植后70 d内开花。盆栽东方百合各品种直到6月中旬才陆续开花, 其中‘阳光A白’从定植到开花历时最长, 达109 d。在持续的观测过程中发现2个品系的整体花期范围均为15~25 d, 如作园林布景可交叉种植, 营造观赏期较长的园林景观。

综上, 盆栽亚洲百合整体花期比盆栽东方百合早, 盆栽东方百合生长期长, 各品种从定植到开花的生长时间均在100 d左右。产业化生产过程中栽培生长期较短的盆栽百合品种, 一定程度上能够降低生产成本。

2.1.2 春季盆栽百合植物学形态特征

由表 4可知:盆栽东方百合除‘阳光A白’外, 其他品种植株均高于盆栽亚洲百合的植株高度, 其中‘爱情故事’株高达64 cm; 盆栽亚洲百合中‘小火箭’最高为42.8 cm, 其次是‘小珍珠’和‘小飞碟’的植株高度为33 cm, 其余品种的植株高度均在30 cm以下。盆栽亚洲百合植株株型紧凑, 盆栽东方百合品种株型较为松散。从叶片性状来看, 盆栽东方百合叶形多为卵形, 叶片较大, 但表面光泽度不如盆栽亚洲百合; 盆栽亚洲百合叶片多为长椭圆形和披针形, 叶片细小, 叶片表面具有较高的光泽度。

由图 2和表 4可见:盆栽东方百合花色多为红色系, 单瓣, 内层花被片边缘白色、有波纹且卷曲, 内层花被片上还存在斑点和乳突, 花形多为碟形, 花径平均为20 cm左右, 单株花数有3~9朵, 花朵香味淡。此次引进的盆栽亚洲百合新品种中有红色系、黄色系、橙色系以及复色系, 花形多样, 花色丰富, 其中‘小亲密’为重瓣, ‘小飞碟’为复色; 花朵直立向上生长, 花形多为碗形, 花径为10~15 cm, 比东方百合小, 无香, 单株花数达7~12朵, 单株花朵生长紧凑成簇状, 是盆栽的极佳品种, 可用于居家、庭院布景。

2.2 秋季盆栽百合的观察研究2.2.1 秋季盆栽百合物候期调查

基于春季试验的引种观察, 秋季再次选择了13个盆栽百合品种进行种植。所有品种经过低温处理后, 均在4 d内出苗, 且与春季相比, 低温处理大大缩短了盆栽百合营养生长时间。从表 5和图 1可见:所有品种都在定植后的1个月内现蕾; 盆栽东方百合‘红马丁’在出苗后27 d现蕾, ‘红钥匙’‘瑞丽’‘娱乐圈’‘粉罗宾’和‘星光红’分别在出苗后27、23、27、33、23 d现蕾; 盆栽亚洲百合‘小黄龙’‘小火箭’和‘小侵略’都在出苗9 d后现蕾, 而‘小珍珠’在出苗11 d后现蕾。

在持续观测中发现, 随着温度不断降低, 盆栽东方百合各品种开花推迟, 其中‘星光红’的蕾期长达73 d, ‘瑞丽’的蕾期最短, 为48 d; 与春季相比, 花期同样随温度降低而延长, 其中‘娱乐圈’花期最长, 为31 d, 盆栽亚洲百合‘小珍珠’的花期可长达26 d。

本试验还将盆栽亚洲百合‘矩阵’‘金色矩阵’和‘橙色矩阵’进行不同时长低温处理后分批种植。如表 5所示:低温处理时间分别为0、14、21 d。这3个品种的蕾期为28~35 d, ‘矩阵’栽培的3批次蕾期分别为28、28、32 d, ‘金色矩阵’栽培的3批次蕾期分别为28、28、30 d, ‘橙色矩阵’栽培的3批次蕾期分别为28、30、35 d; 整体花期为23~28 d。

2.2.2 秋季盆栽百合植物学形态特征

如表 6所示:盆栽东方百合的株高普遍高于盆栽亚洲百合, 但植株紧凑度远不及盆栽亚洲百合。植株最高的是盆栽东方百合中‘星光红’, 为58.8 cm, 其叶片数很少, 叶片表面光泽度弱; ‘粉罗宾’植株高度为41.1 cm, 叶片数较多, 叶片表面具有一定光泽度, 生长状态较好; ‘瑞丽’株型也较为紧凑。在栽培过程中, ‘红钥匙’‘娱乐圈’‘星光红’存在叶片枯黄、脱落严重的现象, 蚜虫侵害严重, 影响植株整体的观赏性。盆栽亚洲百合植株茎秆挺拔, 株型紧凑, 叶片表面光泽度较强, 生长状态良好。‘小黄龙’和‘矩阵’植株高度分别为29.1和33.7 cm, 这2个品种茎秆健壮, 株型紧凑，是秋季栽培品种中生长状态最好的盆栽亚洲百合品种。另外, ‘小珍珠’‘小侵略’‘金色矩阵’和‘橙色矩阵’也都表现出较好的生长状态; ‘小火箭’植株较高, 但生长状态不如其他品种。

在这些盆栽百合品种中, 盆栽东方百合花色以红色系为主, 花大, 颜色艳丽, 单株花数为2~7朵, 其中‘红钥匙’‘瑞丽’和‘娱乐圈’有香味。盆栽亚洲百合单株花数为3~10朵, 花朵较小呈碗形, 均为无香品种。盆栽亚洲百合中‘矩阵’‘金色矩阵’和‘橙色矩阵’这3个品种在春、秋两季的栽培中均表现出极强的适应能力, 单株花数为5~10朵。盆栽东方百合‘红钥匙’和‘星光红’出现花形不完整、花色不纯等现象, 大大降低了观赏价值, ‘红马丁’‘瑞丽’和‘粉罗宾’具有较高的观赏价值, 花色纯正, 花朵完整。盆栽亚洲百合各品种始终表现出较强的适应性和极佳的观赏性, 花形完整, 花色纯正, 单株花数为3~9朵, 有较长的观赏期。

2.3 两季盆栽百合的综合评价

根据制定的盆栽百合评分标准(表 2), 得出盆栽百合各品种得分(表 7)。在春季栽培过程中, 供试的所有盆栽亚洲百合中‘小黄龙’‘小侵略’‘矩阵’‘橙色矩阵’生长状态极佳, 色彩鲜艳, 株型紧凑, 具有极高的观赏价值, ‘小珍珠’‘小火箭’‘小飞碟’‘小亲密’仍具有较高的观赏价值, 但株型不如以上品种紧凑。供试的盆栽东方百合‘爱情故事’‘红钥匙’‘红马丁’花色鲜艳、花朵大, 但蚜虫危害较为严重, 影响整体观赏价值; ‘阳光A白’较为特殊, 其植株矮小、花白色、花朵小, ‘八点后’株型稀疏, 叶片脱落严重, 不适宜在南京地区推广种植。

在秋季栽培过程中, 受外界气温下降的影响, 植株出现不同程度整体花期延迟的现象。盆栽亚洲百合受低温影响较小, 仍然表现出较高的观赏性, 花色鲜艳, 花朵完整, 植株紧凑; 而盆栽东方百合中‘红钥匙’‘娱乐圈’‘星光红’受低温影响极大, 出现叶片大量脱落、花朵畸形甚至整株死亡的现象, 秋季供试盆栽东方百合中‘红马丁’‘瑞丽’‘粉罗宾’则表现良好, 植株较为紧凑, 花形完整。因此, 在南京地区进行盆栽东方百合的引种需要谨慎选择品种, 加强栽培管理; 盆栽亚洲百合不仅具有良好的耐热能力, 也具有较强的抗寒能力, 观赏价值高, 生长期短, 花期可控, 可在南京地区推广栽培。

3 结论与讨论

盆栽百合多作为节日盆花出售, 劳动节、国庆、春节等节日是盆花销售的高峰期[5], 能够带来可观的经济效益, 在特定地区选育合适的品种就显得非常重要[19], 为此本研究在南京春、秋两季开展了相关研究。本研究发现, 盆栽亚洲百合没有病虫害发生, 相对于其他杂交系列百合具有较强的抗性, 其观赏性极佳, 花色丰富鲜艳, 花形多样, 植株高度适中(25~45 cm), 适合作为盆栽和庭院前景植物。而盆栽东方百合较难适应南京地区的生长条件, 秋季供试盆栽东方百合品种中除‘红马丁’‘瑞丽’和‘粉罗宾’外, 其他品种的生长状态不良, 从现蕾到开花期间植株叶片泛黄斑驳到大量脱落, 甚至全株死亡, 开花后部分植株出现花被片不完整, 雌、雄蕊畸形等现象。王偲琪等[18]对荷兰引进的7个盆栽东方百合进行引种观察试验, 同时增加了冷处理对比试验, 结果发现冷处理使百合群体花期缩短, 落叶现象更为显著。本研究表明, 盆栽亚洲百合系列适宜在南京地区推广栽培, 可进行多季栽培, 具有较高的经济价值。盆栽东方百合系列对于生长环境要求较高, 南京地区的引进需要谨慎选择品种, 减少盲目引种带来的经济损失; 花期调控应谨慎控制低温处理的时间和温度, 避免对种球造成不可逆的伤害, 影响盆栽品质。

盆栽百合与切花百合在观赏方式与观赏价值上存在一些差异, 我国对于盆栽百合的相关研究较少, 研究者对于百合的观测指标不统一, 评价方式也大有不同, 对于盆栽百合评价方法没有形成一个较完整且广泛适用的标准体系。刁义维等[15]通过对植株生长高度、花蕾和花径大小等综合性状进行对比分析, 制定了亚洲百合切花各性状的等级评分标准; 李瑞芳[17]对东方百合、亚洲百合以及OT系列百合在北京地区冬季日光温室中的栽培情况进行品种筛选, 建立综合评价标准; 宁云芬等[6]观测统计12个盆栽东方百合品种的20个植物学性状指标, 应用层次分析法对花性状、茎叶性状和生长适应性赋权构建盆栽东方百合品种的综合评价体系。由于评判的指标较多, 容易产生偏差[20-21], 因此本研究中评价指标的确定是根据前人对盆栽百合的研究结果与试验中的实际情况相结合而制定的, 以期能够更加合理地评价各盆栽百合品种, 为各地区盆栽百合产业推广提供参考。
