中国野生莲莲子的形态变异

为了解和掌握野生莲子遗传变异的分布规律,对2009年采自我国5个不同种群(黑龙江省月牙湖､河北省白洋淀､山东省微山湖､湖南省洞庭湖和江西省鄱阳湖)的野生莲子进行了形态学研究,采用多重比较和多元线性回归方法分析了野生莲子的形态变异规律和莲子形态性状之间及其与地理位置的相关性｡结果表明:莲子的结实量､结实率､单粒重､纵径､横径及纵横径比表现出较大的种群间的变异｡相关分析显示,莲子的单粒重与纵径没有显著的相关性,而与横径呈现极显著的正相关｡野生莲子丰富的遗传变异将为优质品种的培育和资源创新提供重要基础｡
Abstract
Understanding the genetic variations of wild lotus is the first step toward conserving and utilizing the wild lotus genetic resources.In this study,we measured and compared the morphological variations of wild lotus fruits from Yueya Lake,Baiyangdian Wetland,Weishan Lake,Dongting Lake and Poyang Lake populations and tested the correlations between weights and fruits sizes.Our results indicated that significant variations of numbers of fruits per lotuspod, fruitset,weights of fruits and sizes of fruits exist among populations.The fruit weights are positively correlated to their widths.Rich morphological diversity of wild lotus fruits indicates that there are plenty of choices in lotus cultivar breeding and high potentials in renovations of lotus resources.
