摘要: 怒江和澜沧江是流经云南省怒江傈僳族自治州的三大江河之二，怒江和澜沧江流域（以下简称“两江流域”）面积占怒江州国土面积的81%。两江流域近年来生态修复已有部分成效，但生态保护和修复系统性不足、资金投入不足、林草支撑保障能力不足和景观破碎等问题依然突出，对两江流域生态建设和社会经济发展依然存在较大制约。通过对两江流域生态现状分析，针对生态修复面临的困难与存在问题，提出切合实际的修复策略，以期为两江流域生态修复提供参考。
Abstract: Nujiang and Lancang Rivers are two of the three major rivers that flow through Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province.Nujiang and Lancang River basins (hereinafter referred to as "two river basins") account for 81% of the land area of Nujiang Prefecture.In recent years, the ecological restoration of the two river basins has achieved partial results.However, problems such as insufficient ecological protection and restoration, insufficient capital investment, insufficient forest and grass support capacity, and fragmentation of landscapes are still prominent, and there is still considerable impact on the ecological construction and socio-economic development of the two river basins.Through the analysis of the ecological status quo of the two river basins, in view of the difficulties and existing problems of ecological restoration, a practical restoration strategy is proposed in order to provide a reference for the ecological restoration of the two river basins.
