I 摘要传统的蛋糕裱花，完全依靠手工进行，不但人力成本昂贵、效率低下，裱花质量无法得到稳定保证，而且无法达到对任意图像进行裱花操作的目的。针对传统蛋糕裱花的上述问题，借鉴数控行业的许多成熟理论与技术，在实用性和易推广性的大前提下，展开了“ 蛋糕裱花自动化设备设计 ”。本文首先分析根据植脂奶油的裱花特点，确立了裱花机的整体方案，独立完成了裱花机系统的机械结构设计。并对裱花机的精度提高和效率提高做出了进一步的研究。最终实现了蛋糕裱花自动化设备设计要求与设计期望。关键词：裱花机，植脂奶油，机械结构 II Abstract The traditional cake Biaohua， completely rely on manual， not only the human cost expensive， inefficient， decorating quality cannot ensure stable and and can not achieve the purpose of piping operation of arbitrary images.
