猕猴桃贮藏保鲜研究进展

摘要: 猕猴桃营养丰富,具有较高的保健价值,但由于猕猴桃是多汁浆果,而且是典型的呼吸跃变型果实,有明显的生理后熟过程,使猕猴桃采后极易软化腐烂,造成了巨大的经济损失。本文阐述了现阶段猕猴桃贮藏保鲜中存在的主要问题和保鲜技术,以及猕猴桃贮藏保鲜的发展趋势,为延长果实贮藏时间,减少腐烂率提供依据。

Abstract: Kiwifruits are well known as high nutritional value and high health value. As kiwifruits are juice berry and typical breath-leap fruit, the softening and decay of post harvest was rapid, which may cause huge economic loss. In order to extend the storage period and reduce the decay rate, problems, technology and development trend in kiwifruit fresh-keeping were introduced in this text, which can effectively provide evidence for the development of kiwifruit fresh-keeping.
