The stem of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana with white flower were used as explants in tissue culture to investigate the optimum for its rapid propagation. the experimental results showed of MS supplemented with 2.0mg/ L BA, 0.1mg/ L IBA, 2.0mg/L GA3 and40g/L sugar for proliferation of the sub-cultured buds; MS supplemented with0.4mg/l IBA, 0.1mg/ L BA, 1.0mg/L GA3 for and 40g/ L sugar rooting. The plantlets are transplanted into nutrient matrix with 99% survival ratio.
